Sharon Heath-Riley

Owner/Founder - Event Logistics Expert

Sharon believes in the importance of celebrating the wins and the good stuff, now more than ever. Having spent more than three decades in event design, production, and consulting, Sharon has led the award-winning team at RSVP Events since 1987.

A recipient of multiple awards personally, including the National Association of Catering Executive’s Pete Daymont Lifetime Achievement Award, Sharon has confidently guided more than 500 clients through planning and executing thousands of successful events and meetings. Her clients have included major organizations such as UNC, Duke, RedHat, Habitat for Humanity, GE, IBM, and Cisco.

A passionate native of the North Carolina Triangle and resident of Chapel Hill, Sharon is working to pave new ways forward for local organizations who want to host safe, innovative in-person and hybrid events for their employees and guests.

Lindsey DIxon

Executive Producer

Lindsey’s multi-faceted knowledge of the event industry is key to providing clients with imaginative ideas and superior customer service. Known for being dynamic with a keen eye for detail, Lindsey has been a critical member of the RSVP team since 2004.

In everything she does, she brings a contemporary, fresh perspective to the group, keeping RSVP on the cutting edge of popular event trends. She is an experienced visual stylist and has been recognized as a leader in event design.

Lindsey is a graduate of Mars Hill University with a degree in Fashion and Interior Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration.

Mary Hatley

Director of Client Services

Mary Lee is our office manager, cheerfully assisting with all aspects of the business.

With us since 2004, Mary Lee started out as an event team member and has grown to take on new roles in event coordination and client services. Now in her 16th year with the company, she looks forward to being more involved than ever before.

Rodney Torain

Warehouse/Fleet Manager & Event Coordinator

Rodney is responsible for the fabrication and maintenance of RSVP’s in-house props and motor fleet, among many other skills.

His wealth of knowledge in the event industry make him a seasoned event coordinator, staff trainer and on occasion if needed, he will step in as a crowd motivator!

Rodney’s been a valued member of the RSVP Events team since 1992.
